If you do decide to refer customers to us, please understand that we are not liable for your actions. The sole purpose of this sales position is to refer people who are interested in out services only. You are not responsible for closing any sales.

Use our website to show potential customers our prices and what we have to offer. You can create your own referral of sales material at your own risk. Our chat room should only be for our referral sales team to get ideas on how to be more effective only

APPROPRIATE ONLINE CONDUCT AND CONTENT USING REFERENCES ABOUT THE COMPANY

Anytime, with the exception of private e-mail, you upload to, distribute content, or publish our materials for your use, you grant us the right to edit, copy, remove, distribute, create derivative works from and publish such content in any form and medium, whether electronically or in hard copy and whether alone or as part of a collective work. This means: do not say bad things about them, don't keep sending unwanted flyers, don't attack their race, heritage, gender while doing any referral type sales etc. Please act professional at all times when doing referral type work.
3. Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is libelous, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, or objectionable in a reasonable person's view.
4. Pretend to be anyone whom you are not. You may not impersonate another person, a Media Moguls staff member, or anyone else while doing any referral type sales.
5. Post any of our advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation on any forum, chat room, or site. You must let us know what you are doing with our material or documentation, and gain our approval first.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

We and anyone who helped us to create, produce, deliver, or maintain the site are not liable for any damages that may result from your use of the site. This includes direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages and attorneys' fees arising from your access to, or use of, the site, including but not limited to challenges or actions for infringement, libel, and slander.
